Any person who is the civtim of domestic violence and/or sexual assault or threatened with domestic violence and/or sexual assault may receive the services of the Family Crisis Shelter, without regard to race, religion, color, creed, age, national origin, sex, gender identity, status with regard to public assistance, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, HIV/AIDS, status with regard to marriage or public assistance, or county of residence.
